The king promised to any one who could find a new spring, he or she would be crowned as king’s son for man or king’s daughter for woman. They were a young couple who lived very poor in the Tiger Cave “Goa Macan” located around Gempol Village. Next the magician visited them for help. He explained what the problem was. Fortunately they agreed to help the king and people in Cirebon kingdom.
RESOLUTION
Jaka Buluken and Nok Iyalah came to Sumber in Cirebon. They came to a big stone. They sat in front of it. They had to do fasting there for 7 days and 7 nights. In the end of their fasting they had a dream that they would find a new spring if they did something “meluk kis” over there. The word of “meluk kis” means embrace and kiss. After that they did what they had to do in front the big stone. Suddenly the big stone had been broken, they could find a new spring. The spring had been covered by the big stone for years.
